Our Team
A team built around you: doctor-led, with experts in nutrition and the mind.
Founder’s Note
“I’ve always believed health starts with two things: the body and the mind.”
I've always believed that women's health begins with caring for both the body and the mind. What nourishes your body influences your overall health and how you feel through menopause. How you think, feel and manage stress matters just as much.
The evidence supports this whole-person approach. NICE guidance recognises that lifestyle, nutrition and psychological wellbeing all have an important place in menopause care.¹ Clinical hypnosis is also recognised by The Menopause Society (formerly the North American Menopause Society) as an evidence-based, non-hormonal approach to managing hot flushes and night sweats.²,³
That's why I've brought together a team that cares for both. Sandra supports the body's nutrition. Rhiyoma supports the mind. Because menopause can touch every part of you, our care should too.

Sandra Cohen
Functional Medicine & Nutritional Therapy
DipNT, BANT, CNHC, IFM-Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Nutrigenomics Practitioner, Specialised Kinesiologist (KF, CNHC), Executive Coach (ICF)
We're delighted to welcome Sandra to the team, bringing a root-cause, whole-person approach to hormonal and metabolic health.
Sandra is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist, a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine, and an ICF-certified Executive Coach. She is registered with the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
The British Menopause Society recognises good nutrition and an active lifestyle as a cornerstone of menopause care, with or without HRT.
Sandra supports women with fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and autoimmune or post-viral conditions, often when standard answers have run out. She looks at how the body's systems interact to understand why symptoms occur, combining nutritional and functional testing encompassing also the emotional aspect that transition brings.
She also co-hosts the podcast Hormones & Heels. Her work sits alongside your medical care, not in place of it, building a nutrition and lifestyle foundation for long-term hormonal health.
